Ten Books I Predict Will Be Five Stars

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. Follow the link to learn more about it!

If you’re a reader, you not only love reading but you also just love books. I probably spend more time thinking bout books than I do actually reading them. Oops.

Sometimes if I’m stressed, I’ll just go look a my bookshelves and think about which worlds I want to jump in at the time. I also just look through my books and think “I need to read that soon because I know I’m going to love it. Shame on me for not reading it yet!

I’ve heard so many good things about American Royals! I love books about royalty and, I haven’t read many, but I also really enjoy history-bending (is that even a trope? Who cares, I’m making it one!) books.

I’ve loved nearly every Sarina Bowen book I’ve read. Especially her hockey romances. Also this cover is uhhh beautiful.

I love love love the fake dating trope! And even more so love Kasie West. So if anything on this list is going to be 5 stars, this would be it.

Elizabeth Acevedo is an amazing author. Her writing is beautiful. This book is also told in a poetry format which I love!

I’ve heard not so great things about this book, but I loved The Hating Game so much, I don’t see myself hating this one! I hope I’m right.

The Kiss Quotient was one of my favorite books of 2019 so to find out there’s a sequel? Yes please!

I love a hard hitting contemporary and even though this is a debut novel and I’m sometimes a bit skeptical of them, this one sounds like I’ll be sucked right in.

Tarryn Fisher is sick and twisted. But in the best way. If anyone can write a domestic thriller that is going to make me hate everyone but still love the book, it’ll be her.

I’ve gotten into memoirs lately, especially with important voices. There are not enough books about trans people and I’m so excited to read this one.

Domestic thrillers are in right now. I’m a sucker for them. This one sounds heavy and I am here for it.

Have you read any of these? What should I start with? Let me know in the comments below!
